When it comes to at-home workouts, my best advice is to just have fun with it! Try new kinds of workouts or exercises. Challenge yourself when it comes to getting out of your comfort zone but always do what feels good. There are so many different online platforms to get programs or individual classes.
If you start to feel like you are in a rut, gather your friends to workout together virtually! Select a time and date, set up a Zoom meeting, and have one person stream the class so that you can workout together. It helps to bring the fun back into group fitness and keeps you accountable.
